MUCH LIKE THE FREEDOM CAUCUS AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL, THEY ACCUSE REPUBLICANS WHO LEAD THE LEGISLATURE HERE IN OKLAHOMA OF NOT DOING ENOUGH TO FORWARD CONSERVATIVE PRINCIPLES. WE ARE THE FREEDOM CAUCUS. A group of lawmakers set a goal to drain the Oklahoma swamp by forming a new caucus. The Oklahoma Freedom Caucus is being led by some of the most conservative lawmakers in Oklahoma, including state Rep. Jim Olsen and state Sen. Shane Jett. This brand represents common sense," Brecheen said. The Freedom Caucus, aside from Democratic and Republican caucuses, will be the only partisan group of lawmakers at the state Capitol.
