NEW AT 613, OKLAHOMANS WILL BE FEATURED AT TIMES SQUARE THIS WEEKEND AS PART OF THE ANNUAL NATIONAL DOWN SYNDROME SOCIETY TIMES SQUARE VIDEO PRESENTATION. IT’S A ONE HOUR VIDEO OF ROUGHLY 500 PHOTOGRAPHS THAT INCLUDES CHILDREN, TEENS AND ADULTS, ALL OF THEM WITH DOWN SYNDROME FROM ALL 50 STATES IN THE U.S. SAYS THESE COLLECTIVE IMAGES PROMOTE THE PROMOTE THE VALUE THE ACCEPTANCE, THE INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME. AND OBVIOUSLY IT DOES SO IN A VERY VISIBLE WAY. OKLAHOMANS DREW BOSWELL, MIRIAM CADENA, OLIVIA CRITES, GENTRY DURAN, LAURA FISH, HUDSON FRANKS, NOLAN HARRIS, CASEY LOWE, CHANCE RICHARDSON, TREMAINE. About 500 pictures will feature children, teenagers and adults with Down syndrome from all 50 states."These collective images promote the value, acceptance, and inclusion of people with Down syndrome in a very visible way," a news release states.>> Download the KOCO 5 AppDrew Boswell, Miriam Cardena, Olivia Crites, Gentry Duren, Laura Fish, Hudson Franks, Nolan Harris, Kacie Lowe, Channce Richardson, Tremayne Rollins, Yoel Saldivar, Lia Short and Emerson Smith will represent Oklahoma in the video presentation. They were selected from more than 3,000 entries following a worldwide call for pictures.The presentation will be live-streamed from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 7. Drew Boswell, Miriam Cardena, Olivia Crites, Gentry Duren, Laura Fish, Hudson Franks, Nolan Harris, Kacie Lowe, Channce Richardson, Tremayne Rollins, Yoel Saldivar, Lia Short and Emerson Smith will represent Oklahoma in the video presentation.
