Two vehicles were involved in the crash, according to the patrol. The driver of one of the vehicles, a 37-year-old man from Mannford, was pronounced dead on scene. Troopers said that the crash happened just after 8:30 p.m. on Friday on State Highway 48, about one mile west of Mannford.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash, according to the patrol.

The driver of one of the vehicles, a 37-year-old man from Mannford, was pronounced dead on scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, troopers said.

A passenger that was in the car with the driver was injured and was taken to a nearby hospital in guarded condition, he was also not wearing a seatbelt, the patrol reported.

Three other passengers who were in the other vehicle that was involved in the crash were taken to the hospital in a personal vehicle after the crash. They were all treated and released from the hospital, troopers said.

What led to the collision remains under investigation, the patrol reported.
