AND THAT MONEY STAYS RIGHT HERE IN OKLAHOMA ON PARK AVENUE ALONE, THERE ARE THREE COFFEE SHOPS, INCLUDING NOT YOUR AVERAGE JOE’S IN OKLAHOMA COFFEE SHOP, WHO EMPLOYS PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. THE OWNER TELLS ME IT’S IMPORTANT FOR OKLAHOMANS TO SHOP LOCAL AND NOT YOUR AVERAGE JOE. WE DON’T SELL CONVENIENCE. WE SELL COMMUNITY. NO INDEPENDENT COFFEE SHOP WOULD BE HERE WITHOUT STARBUCKS. SO TECHNICALLY ALL OF US STAND ON THEIR SHOULDERS. AND SO WE’RE GRATEFUL FOR THEM BREAKING INTO THE SPECIALTY COFFEE SCENE. OBVIOUSLY, HOWEVER, I PREFER PEOPLE SHO
