An unbelievable photo shows the aftermath of a trailer getting stuck upright against a sign over Interstate 35, causing a traffic delay in Ardmore on Tuesday. Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said it appears a driver was raising his trailer while on northbound I-35 and did not know it until the trailer hit the sign and ripped off the truck. They posted a picture of the incident, showing the trailer upright and resting against a sign over the highway. The incident caused the outside lane of northbound I-35 to be closed in Ardmore around 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday. A wrecker company is trying to get the trailer down, but Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said drivers can expect a slowdown in the area for much of the morning. No injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
