Billy Miller, the former "The Young and the Restless" and "General Hospital" star who was born in Tulsa, has died at the age of 43.
Miller's manager confirmed to Variety that the Tulsa native died Friday in Austin, Texas. He died just days before he would have turned 44.
Although Miller was born in Tulsa, he grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Miller played Billy Abbott for more than 700 episodes of "The Young and the Restless" from 2008-14, winning three Daytime Emmys. He won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama in 2010 and 2013, as well as Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama in 2014.
Along with "The Young and the Restless," Miller was in the box office hit "American Sniper" as well as various episodes of "Suits" and "Ray Donovan."
Miller later starred in "General Hospital," appearing in almost 600 episodes from 2014-19.
