ALL RIGHT, SHELBY, THANKS FOR THAT UPDATE. ALSO BREAKING OVERNIGHT A CRAZY MORNING FOR ONE METRO NEIGHBORHOOD. A CAR SLAMMED THROUGH A FENCE, JUST BARELY MISSING A NEARBY HOME. KOCO AUDREY GOODSON IS LIVE IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD IN MOORE, NEAR SOUTHWEST 34TH AND BROADWAY, AND, AUDREY, WHAT ARE WE SEEING OUT THERE NOW? WELL, KYLIE AND ALEJANDRA THAT CAR WAS TOWED AWAY JUST MOMENTS AGO, BUT IT HAS BEEN A VERY CHAOTIC MORNING IN THIS BUSY MOORE NEIGHBORHOOD. COME WITH ME AND JUST LET ME SHOW YOU WHAT WE SEE HERE AT THE SCENE. YOU CAN SEE RIGHT HERE WHERE THAT CAR SLAMMED ALL THE WAY THROUGH THIS FENCE, HITTING THEIR BACK FENCE JUST INCHES AWAY FROM HITTING THIS HOME. THIS HAPPENING JUST HOURS BEFORE SCHOOL BUSSES WOULD PULL INTO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. HERE’S VIDEO OF WHAT WE SAW. THE DRIVER SLAMMED THROUGH THE FENCE AND ENDED UP JUST INCHES AWAY FROM THE HOME. IT TOOK NOT ONE, BUT TWO TOW TRUCKS TO TOW THE CAR AWAY. THE FIRST TRUCK COULDN’T REACH THE CAR, SO AN ADDITIONAL WRECKER WAS BROUGHT IN. POLICE ON SCENE TELL US THE DRIVER WAS ARRESTED AND THAT THERE ARE NO INJURIES. WE ARE GOING TO BE CHECKING IN WITH MORE POLICE THROUGHOUT THE MORNING,

A driver was arrested after crashing into a fence and almost hitting a home early Wednesday morning in Moore.

The incident happened around 3 a.m. in a neighborhood near Southwest 34th and Broadway. The vehicle slammed through a fence and stopped just inches from the home.
Two tow trucks were needed to get the car away. The first truck couldn't reach the car, so an additional wrecker was brought in.
Police said the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. No injuries were reported.
