Police told KOCO 5 that the situation started when an officer tried pulling over a driver shortly before 5 a.m. near Northeast 21st Street and Martin Luther King Avenue. Once the driver pulled over, police said a dog attacked an officer.
The officer fired their weapon, killing the dog.
