The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is searching for an inmate who walked away from the Clara Waters Community Corrections Center in Oklahoma City.

Around 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday, security staff reported that inmate Jahari Johnson was not present in his bunk for count. Authorities said an emergency count and search of facility grounds were conducted, but Johnson was not found.
Authorities also contacted local jails and hospitals with no results, according to a news release. Security staff notified the escape hotline shortly before 1:10 a.m. Thursday.
Johnson, 20, is serving a two-year sentence out of Tulsa County for carrying a firearm after a felony conviction.
