THAT WHOLE SITUATION WAS ALARMING, GUYS. THAT’S RIGHT. AND WE FIRST TOLD YOU THE DOORS HERE AT WHAT USED TO BE THE INSTITUTE OF ALLERGY, ASTHMA AND IMMUNOLOGY CLOSED BECAUSE OF AN ALLEGED CYBER ATTACK. BUT TODAY THE MEDICAL BOARD TOLD ME THEY NEVER HAD EVIDENCE OF SUCH A THING. AND IT WAS TIME TO TAKE ACTION. THERE’S A LOT THAT WENT INTO THE INVESTIGATION. AFTER SIFTING THROUGH ALLEGATIONS OF DOCTOR AMY, DAUGHTER WITH THE INSTITUTE OF ALLERGY, ASTHMA AND IMMUNOLOGY, THE MEDICAL BOARD SUSPENDED HER LICENSE IN A HEARING THURSDAY BY THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS THAT CAME IN. IT WAS OBVIOUSLY VERY SUSPECT THAT SOME SERIOUS THINGS WERE GOING ON. WE FIRST REPORTED TO YOU IN MAY THAT PATIENTS OF DOCTOR DARTERS WERE CONFUSED WHEN THEY WERE GREETED WITH SIGNS ON THE DOOR CLAIMING A CYBER SECURITY ATTACK FORCED THE CLINIC TO LIMIT HOURS OF OPERATION. THEN A MONTH LATER, THE DOORS WERE PERMANENTLY CLOSED. DURING THAT TIME, DOCTOR DARTER CLAIMED SHE DIDN’T HAVE ACCESS TO PATIENT RECORDS. THE MORE WE GOT INTO IT, WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT NOT ONLY THE PRACTICE AND PATIENT CARE. ET CETERA, BUT WE ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT HER FITNESS TO PRACTICE THE STATE’S MEDICAL BOARD. INVESTIGATORS CONTACTED THE COMPANY IN CHARGE OF HER MEDICAL CHARTS WHO SAYS HER PATIENT RECORDS WEREN’T SUBJECT TO ANY CYBER ATTACKS AND WERE AVAILABLE TO HER AT ANY TIME. ULTIMATELY, THE BOARD DECIDED TO TEMPORARILY SUSPEND HER LICENSE. IT IT IS SUSPENDED FOR OUR REALLY NO SPECIFIC LENGTH OF TIME. IF SHE ELECTS TO TO TRY TO COME BACK AND AND REINSTATE HER LICENSE, IF SHE DOES, SHE NEEDS TO GO THROUGH A MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATION. ALSO A DRUG AND ALCOHOL EVALUATE SESSION. AND WE REACHED OUT TO DOCT
