ABOUT THE STATE INVESTIGA. TODAY, WHILE WE FIRST TOLD YOU IN MAY, THE STATE MEDICAL BOARD WAS LOOKING INTO DR. DAUGHTER’S MEDICAL LICENSE, BUT ACCORDING TO A NEWLY FILED COMPLAINT, CITATION, THEY’VE HAD OVER 70 COMPLAINTS WITHIN A MONTH AT THAT CLINIC, SOMETHING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HERE SAYS IS UNUSUAL. FOR MOST OF THE TIME, IT’S 1 OR 2 COMPLAINTS THAT COME IN AND KIND OF START AN INVESTIGATION. BUT CERTAINLY NOT NOT THAT MANY IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. WE’VE HEARD FROM DOZENS OF PATIENTS FROM THE INSTITUTE OF ALLERGY, ASTHMA AND IMMUNOLOGY OVER THE LAST TWO MONTHS AFTER THEY CLOSED EARLY MAY, CITING A CYBERSECURITY ATTACK FROM NOT GETTING ACCESS TO MEDICAL RECORDS TO NEEDING CRITICAL ALLERGY MEDS. THE STATE MEDICAL BOARD IS LISTENING TO YOUR COMPLAINTS. WE ARE ALLEGING VIOLATIONS OF THE LAWS AND RULES OF THE MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT AND THAT WE’RE SETTING A TIME FOR HER TO COME IN AND SPEAK TO THE BOARD. IT’S NOT UNUSUAL FOR THE STATE MEDICAL BOARD TO LOOK INTO DOCTORS MEDICAL LICENSES. HOWEVER, THEY SAY THEY’VE HAD AN UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS AT THE INSTITUTE OF ALLERGY, ASTHMA AND IMMUNOLOGY. ACCORDING TO THE STATE DOCTOR, DOCTORS CLAIM SHE HAD TO SHUT DOWN HER BUSINESS DUE TO A CYBER SECURITY ATTACK. AREN’T LEGIT. THE COMPANY THAT MANAGES HER MEDICAL CHARTS TOLD THEM THE INFO WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR HER TO SEE. THERE. NOW LOOKING INTO DOCTOR DAUGHTER’S PRACTICE OF MEDICINE, THE UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND IF HER CLAIMS ARE CREDIBLE, MUCH LIKE A TRIAL, BOTH SIDES GET A CHANCE TO KIND OF PUT ON THEIR EVIDENCE AND BACK THEIR STORY SIDE. AND AFTER THAT, THEN THE 11 MEMBER BOARD MAKES A DECISION. THE BOARD WILL ULTIMATELY DECIDE THE FATE OF DOCTOR DAUGHTER’S MEDICAL LICENSE. IT EXPIRES JULY 1ST. HOWEVER, SHE CAN RENEW IT BEFORE HER SET HEARING SEPTEMBER 14TH. AND WE REACHED OUT TO THE MEDIA CONTACT FO
