NOW, THIS IS THE SECOND DETAINEE DEATH SINCE FRIDAY IN THE FIFTH REPORTED DEATH THIS YEAR. FRANCO RAMIREZ WAS DISCOVERED IN HIS CELL, QUOTE, IN DISTRESS SHORTLY AFTER THEY BEGAN LIFE SAVING MEASURES. HE DID DIE AT A NEARBY HOSPITAL JUST BEFORE 945 LAST NIGHT. RAMIREZ WAS BOOKED INTO THE DETENTION CENTER IN AUGUST OF 2021. THE STATE’S MEDICAL EXAMINER IS WORKING TO RELEASE A
