Below is a look at the important dates to know before casting your ballot.Dates to KnowOct. 11: Deadline to register to voteOct. 21: Deadline to request an absentee ballotEarly Voting: Oklahoma has multiple days people can participate in early voting, and it's different from how early voting works for other elections in the Sooner State. The Oklahoma State Election Board allows for four days for you to cast an early vote. For the general election, you can participate in early voting the Wednesday through Saturday ahead of the election.8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Oct. 30 through Nov. 18 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 2 Nov. 5: General Election Day (polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
