A person died after a rollover crash Wednesday morning in front of a Metro Tech campus in southwest Oklahoma City.

The crash happened shortly after 11 a.m. in the access road entrance at Metro Tech's Aviation Campus on Southwest 54th Street and South MacArthur Boulevard. Police said the only person in the car had died.
The vehicle was believed to be involved in a carjacking and robbery that happened at 10:50 a.m., according to police. An officer saw the vehicle going at a high rate of speed before the crash happened.

Sky 5 showed that a red sedan had rolled over. It appeared its roof and windows collapsed under the weight of the rest of the car.
The crash also caused damage to the Metro Tech's gate and a nearby grassy area.
At least 11 Oklahoma City police squad cars were at the scene, with some blocking off Southwest 54th Street.
