Police are investigating a deadly incident early Tuesday morning at a southwest Oklahoma City home.

Officers were outside a home near Southwest 30th Street and Douglas Avenue since around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Police told KOCO 5 that they were called to the home because of a suicidal person firing shots into the ground. Officers were working to talk with the person, but they took their own life.
Authorities said police did not fire shots, and no one else was hurt. Oklahoma City Police Department detectives are at the scene sorting through evidence of what happened.
