New details were released on five people, including three teens, who are accused in a deadly July motel shooting and crime spree in Oklahoma City.Get the latest news stories of interest by clicking here.Almost a month ago, a 16-year-old girl was arrested after a man was shot and killed at a motel in southeast Oklahoma City, but court documents state that the five people were also involved in carjackings and police pursuits across several days.The suspects were also hiding out in different hotels in the Oklahoma City metro area, according to court documents.“We’re processing the scene, trying to figure out what happened, and what led up to this shooting,” said Dillon Quirk with the Oklahoma City Police Department on July 10 regarding the shooting death of 34-year-old Isai Vera.>> Download the KOCO 5 AppPolice were looking for answers in Vera’s death, but court documents state the crime spree started the day before the murder, when two of the suspects carjacked a woman at gunpoint at a restaurant in northwest Oklahoma City.On July 10, one of the suspects was seen on video going to a room with Vera, and the vehicle stolen the day before could also be seen on video footage taken from the motel. Footage showed three of the male suspects getting out of the car and going to the same motel room, according to court documents.Shortly after, Vera was seen running out of the room, bleeding, and four suspects ran back to the stolen vehicle and took off, according to the documents.That same night, police pursued another vehicle that had been stolen from a motel, where officers found the stolen vehicle that the suspects fled in after Vera’s shooting. The chase ended after the driver crashed in the Mustang area, according to the documents.On July 11, Oklahoma City police found and arrested four of the five suspects at a motel in southeast Oklahoma City.
