SKY FIVE WAS OVER THE SCENE JUST ABOUT 30 MINUTES AGO. WE’RE TOLD THAT MAN FELL INTO THE MANHOLE THIS SCENE PLAYING OUT AT NORTHWEST EXPRESSWAY AND COUNCIL. WE KNOW FIRE CREWS WERE ABLE TO USE A BASKET TO ACTUALLY GET THE MAN OUT OF THE HOLE. IT’S STILL UNCLEAR HOW HE GOT DOWN THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE, OR HOW LONG HE WAS TRAPPED DOWN
