VERY QUICKLY. YEAH, THE POST WAS FIRST DISCOVERED ON TUESDAY AND SHARED WITH STATE SUPERINTENDENT RYAN WALTERS ON THE SAME DAY. BY 8 P.M. LAST NIGHT, WALTERS SAID HE INTENDS TO REVOKE THIS TEACHER’S LICENSE. THIS WAS THE COMMENT LEFT ON A NOW DELETED FACEBOOK POST WISHING PRESIDENT TRUMP’S WOULD BE ASSASSIN HAD A BETTER SCOPE. ARDMORE CITY SCHOOLS CONFIRMING THAT COMMENTER WAS AN EMPLOYEE AND THAT THE DISTRICT HAD BEGUN AN INVESTIGATION AS IT STANDS NOW, THE DISTRICT HAS NOT MOVED TO TERMINATE THE TEACHER, BUT THE STATE SUPERINTENDENT, RYAN WALTERS, ALREADY HAS HIS MIND MADE UP. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE OKLAHOMA SCHOOLS AND WE WILL SWIFTLY RESPOND, UM, AND GET THOSE TEACHERS OUT OF THE CLASSROOM. IF ANY TEACHER THINKS THAT THAT IS, UH, APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR. WALTERS, ACTING SWIFTLY ANNOUNCING HE PLANS TO REVOKE THE TEACHER’S LICENSE ONLY FIVE HOURS AFTER HE WAS FIRST MADE AWARE OF THE POST. WE WERE ABLE TO TO QUICKLY GO IN AND VERIFY THE ACCOUNT. THE USER WHEN IT WAS POSTED, ALL THOSE TYPE OF THINGS AND SO IT’S JUST ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS TO HAVE A TEACHER OUT PRAISING AN ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT ON PRESIDENT WALTERS SAYS THE STATE BOARD OF ED WILL DISCUSS REVOCATION OF A TEACHER’S LICENSE AND UPCOMING BOARD MEETINGS SET FOR LATE JULY AND LATE AUGUST.
