OHP: 69-year-old Oklahoma woman dead after single-vehicle crash Saturday
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported a 69-year-old woman died in a Saturday wreck in Pawnee County.

COMING UP HERE IN 13 MINUTES. STEVE THANK YOU SO MUCH. WE ARE FOLLOWING SOME BREAKING NEWS THIS MORNING. ONE PERSON IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER BEING HIT BY A CAR IN NORTHEAST OKC. OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE GOT THE CALL. THE SCENE NEAR NORTHEAST 10TH IN MARTIN LUTHER KING. RIGHT NOW, IT’S UNCLEAR IF THE CAR THAT HIT THE THE PERSON STAYED AT THE SCENE OR IF THEY LEFT. THE VICTIM WAS TAKEN TO A NEARBY HOSPITAL IN CRITICAL CONDITION. WE PLAN TO CONTINUE TO FOLLOW THIS STORY, MAKE SURE YOU’RE STICKING WITH KOCO FIVE. ALSO, BREAKING THIS MORNING, TWO PEOPLE IN OKLAHOMA CITY RESCUED FROM A BURNING CAR. THIS HAPPENED ABOUT THE SAME TIME NEAR 63RD IN LAKE HEFNER PARKWAY, OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE SAY TWO PEOPLE WERE TRAPPED IN THE CAR ON FIRE AFTER THE CRASH. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THOSE PEOPLE OUT OF THE CAR SAFELY. RIGHT NOW, IT’S UNKNOWN IF ANYBODY WAS ACTUALLY HURT IN THE CRASH. DEVELOPING THIS MORNING, AN OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE OFFICER ACCUSED OF RAPE AND KIDNAPING DOCUMENTS SAY 44 YEAR-OLD RYAN STARK HELD THE VICTIM AGAINST HER WILL AT HIS HOUSE. STARK IS ACCUSED OF BEATING HER, PUTTING A GUN TO HER HEAD AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTING HER OVER THE COURSE OF EIGHT HOURS. THE VICTIM HAD A BROKEN FOOT AND BRUISING. STARK MADE INTERNATIONAL HEADLINES A DECADE AGO AFTER HIS K9 WAS STABBED AND DIED. HE SHOT AND KILLED A SUSPECT AND WAS CLEARED OF ANY WRONGDOING. POLICE SAY THEY ARE, QUOTE, NOT HANDLING THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION PROBLEMS AT THE OKLAHOMA COUNTY JAIL CONTINUED THIS MORNING AFTER THE FACILITY FAILED. A HEALTH INSPECTION EARLIER THIS WEEK. THE JAIL OFFICIALS SAY IT’S BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T HAVE THIS STAFF. THIS NOW MAKES EIGHT FAILED INSPECTIONS IN A ROW SINCE 2020. REASONS RANGING FROM CLEANLINESS, LACK OF SITE CHECKS, BED BUGS AND MORE. THE PEOPLE’S COUNCIL FOR JUSTICE REFORM SAYS THE CHANGE NEEDS TO BE MADE. IT IS CLEAR THAT WE NEED A COMPLETE LOCKDOWN TAKEOVER OF THIS FACILITY. DON’T NOT LET INVESTIGATORS IN UNLESS YOU’RE HIDING SOMETHING. WE DID SPEAK TO THE COUNTY ABOUT THIS. THEY SAID THEY DIDN’T LET INSPECTORS IN FOR THE CHECK BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE ON DUTY. AND A STATEMENT, THEY SAY THEY’RE HAPPY TO WORK WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF INSPECTIONS. BUT MUST DO SO WITHOUT DISRUPTING STAFF AND RESIDENTS. WHEN UNANNOUNCED INSPECTORS ARE IN THE FACILITY, IT REQUIRES THEM TO MAKE STAFFING AND SECURITY CHANGES TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. IT’S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SAYS ONE ERROR CAN DEEM SOMEONE DEFICIENT, AND THEY DO THESE INSPECTIONS ANNUALLY FOR EACH JAIL THEY SAY THEY’RE ALWAYS UNANNOUNCED. DEVELOPING THIS MORNING, ONE PERSON RESCUED FROM A POOL IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA CITY OFFICIALS RESPONDED TO A DROWNING CALL ON RENO AND ROCKWELL SATURDAY AFTERNOON. NOW, ONE ADULT VICTIM WAS PULLED FROM THE POOL. OFFICIALS SAY THEY DID SUFFER CARDIAC ARREST AND WERE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL. THEIR CONDITION AT THIS TIME IS UNKNOWN. ALSO DEVELOPING THIS MORNING, AN ELDERLY WOMAN CRASHED INTO AN ADULT STORE. ACCORDING TO POLICE, IT HAPPENED AROUND NOON SATURDAY NEAR MAY AND NORTHWEST 164TH. MOST OF THE DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE BUILDING. IT’S UNCLEAR IF ANYONE WAS INJURED. A STORY DEVELOPING THIS WEEKEND. About 6 p.m. Saturday, Rose Feaster, of Cleveland, Oklahoma, was driving an SUV east on a Pawnee County road, about three miles east of Westport. Troopers said the vehicle left the road and rolled.
Feaster was taken to a local hospital, where she died from her injuries, the patrol reported.
