LATE BREAKING TONIGHT IN OKLAHOMA CITY. POLICE OFFICER BEHIND BARS IN MCLEAN COUNTY. 44 YEAR OLD RYAN STARK IS ACCUSED OF RAPE, KIDNAPING AND DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND BATTERY. A PROBABLE CAUSE AFFIDAVIT OBTAINED BY KOCO SAYS STARK WAS DRIVING THE VICTIM IN HIS POLICE UNIT THURSDAY WHEN THE VICTIM ALLEGEDLY TOLD STARK THEY DID NOT WANT TO GO TO HIS HOUSE. DOCUMENTS CLAIM THE VICTIM TRIED TO GET OUT OF THE CAR, BUT STARK SPED UP, SLAMMING THE VICTIM’S FOOT IN A GARAGE, THE AFFIDAVIT SAYS. STARK TOOK THE VICTIM’S PHONE AND THREATENED TO KILL THEM. THE VICTIM TOLD POLICE THEY WERE SEXUALLY AND PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED. STARK WAS BOOKED INTO THE MCLEAN COUNTY JAIL ON MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS, BUT HAS NOT BEEN FORMALLY CHARGED WITH A CRIME. NOW. After interviewing the victim, police learned that Stark was driving with the victim in his police vehicle after leaving a restaurant Thursday evening when the victim said they did not want to go to his home, according to a probable cause affidavit.Stark reportedly became upset and tried to grab the victim’s cell phone as he pulled into his driveway, according to the affidavit. The victim attempted to get out of the vehicle, and Stark reportedly accelerated and ended up slamming the victim’s foot into the home’s garage, causing injury, police wrote in the affidavit.The victim told officers Stark then reportedly took the victim’s phone and inside the home, threatened to kill the victim. The victim said they were raped by Stark and denied medical attention. Stark reportedly continued to physically assault the victim and continued making death threats, according to the affidavit.>> Download the KOCO 5 AppThe victim told detectives that they were not allowed to leave until they agreed to “everything being okay,” according to the affidavit.Stark was arrested and booked into the jail on counts of domestic assault and battery, first-degree rape, threatening to perform an act of violence, kidnapping, use of a firearm while committing a felony and disrupting or preventing an emergency phone call, according to the McClain County Sheriff’s Office inmate booking page.KOCO 5 reached out to the Oklahoma City Police Department regarding Stark’s arrest and were told to reach out to the “investigating agency regarding the arrest,” and that Oklahoma City is “not handling the criminal investigation.”Stark made international headlines in 2014 after his K-9, Kye, was stabbed and later died and Stark shot and killed the suspect. He was cleared of any wrongdoing in the fatal shooting.
