MARTIN NATURE PARK HERE IN OKC HAS UPDATED THEIR HOURS. THE GROUNDS ARE NOW OPEN WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY FROM 7 A.M. TO 8 P.M. AND CLOSED MONDAY AND TUESDAY. THIS INCLUDES THE TRAILS, FUN FOREST, PLAYGROUND AND PICNIC AREAS. THE PARK WILL BE OPEN FOR THE FOURTH WELL HAPPENING THIS WEEK. THE BRICKTOWN CANAL CELEBRATING THEIR 25TH ANNIVERSARY. Three people died Friday in separate incidents along Oklahoma roads, including an Oklahoma man attempting to change a tire, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.Open the video player above to see some of the headlines KOCO 5 is following.At about 6:50 p.m. Friday, a pickup driven by a 17-year-old boy was traveling north on a Mills County road, about 2 miles east of Strong City, when it failed to yield at a stop sign at OK-33 and was struck by an SUV traveling east on the highway, the patrol reported.The driver of the pickup died at the scene from his injuries. The driver of the SUV, Charolet L. Lucas, 67, of Cheyenne, Oklahoma, was flown to an Oklahoma City hospital to be treated for her injuries, according to OHP.Troopers said the teen was not wearing a seat belt.The patrol also reported that just before 7:30 p.m., Clayton T. Barton, 54, of Canute, was on Interstate 40, about six miles south of Choctaw and was attempting to change a tire on a pickup.
