RISK COMING UP. JESS. ALL RIGHT, DAMON, AND WE WANT TO SHOW YOU VIDEO AFTER THAT LARGE TORNADO MOVED THROUGH JACKSON COUNTY, THIS IS JUST NORTHEAST OF EL DORADO. YOU CAN SEE SOME OF THE DAMAGE LEFT BEHIND. PART OF THAT ROOF WAS RIPPED OFF. TREES WERE SNAPPED. ALSO LOOKED AT WHAT, LIKE MAYBE A MATTRESS WAS WRAPPED AROUND THAT POLE AS WELL. MICHAEL ARMSTRONG AND STORM COMMAND ROLLING UP ON THAT SCENE AND NOT FAR FROM THERE IN ALTUS. SOME SCARY MOMENTS THERE. KOCO JASON BERGER IS THERE. LIVE NOW FOR US. AND JASON, YOU’RE SEEING SOME FLOODING. YEAH GUYS, THE FLOODING HERE IN ALTUS IS DEFINITELY THE BIGGEST ISSUE THAT LOCALS ARE FACING RIGHT NOW. I AM RIGHT HERE BY SOUTHWEST TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN THE CITY. WE’VE SEEN CITY ROADS WASHED OUT, RURAL ROADS WASHED OUT. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE HOW DEEP THAT WATER IS RIGHT NOW, SIMPLY BECAUSE IT’S SO DARK. AND AN EXAMPLE OF THAT, YOU CAN SEE RIGHT HERE BEHIND ME THERE IS THIS VAN IN THE DRAINAGE DITCH. AND WHAT’S INTERESTING ABOUT THIS IS WE DON’T KNOW HOW IT GOT THERE. I EVEN WENT OVER AND LOOKED AT THE VAN AND THERE’S NO TIRE TRACKS IN THE GRASS. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT EITHER THE WATER MOVED IT THERE OR THE DRIVER ACTUALLY HYDROPLANE. SO YOU CAN SEE THE WATER RIGHT HERE BEHIND ME. I WOULD ESTIMATE IT’S 2 OR 3FT DEEP, AT LEAST. LIKE I SAID, WE’VE SEEN A LOT OF FLOODING, A LOT OF VEHICLES GOING SLOW OUT HERE ON THE ROADS BECAUSE THEY JUST CAN’T TELL HOW DEEP THAT WATER IS. I ALSO SPOKE WITH THE CITY OF ALTUS EMERGENCY MANAGER JUST A FEW MINUTES AGO, AND HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THERE ARE POWER LINES DOWN ON COUNTY ROAD 196 NEAR HIGHWAY 62. WE WENT OVER THERE. POLICE HAVE THAT ROADWAY BLOCKED FOR THE TIME BEING SO THEY CAN FIX THOSE P
