AS THEY COME IN AND DEVELOPING THIS MORNING, TWO PEOPLE STABBED, ONE SERIOUSLY INJURED NEAR SOUTHEAST 59TH AND SHIELDS AND OUR KOCO CAMERAS ON THAT SCENE ALL MORNING. KOCO IS AUDREY GOODSON JOINS US NOW WITH BRAND NEW INFORMATION FROM OFFICERS THERE ON SCENE. KYLIE AND ALEJANDRA. GOOD MORNING, OFFICERS TELL ME THAT STABBING HAPPENED RIGHT OVER HERE AROUND 530 THIS MORNING. OFFICERS TELL ME THAT THREE PEOPLE WERE INVOLVED. TWO OF THEM ACTUALLY WERE STABBED. AND THE THIRD ONE WAS LUCKY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET AWAY. WE HAVE THREE FOLKS THAT WERE WALKING NORTHBOUND ON SOUTH SHIELDS. UH, JUST NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF SOUTHWEST 59TH STREET. AT SOME POINT THEY ENCOUNTER OUR SUSPECT, UH, WORDS WERE EXCHANGED OR SOMETHING HAPPENED THAT CAUSED THE SUSPECT TO, UH, END UP STABBING TWO OF THESE INDIVIDUALS. AS OFFICERS SAY. THAT SUSPECT DID RUN AWAY FROM THE SCENE, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO TRACK THEM DOWN AND ARREST THEM. ONE VICTIM IS IN SERIOUS CONDITION. THEY WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL. THE OTHER VICTIM WAS TREATED HERE AT THE SCENE WITH MINOR INJURIES.
