BACK TO THIS BREAKING HEADLINE WE’VE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS MORNING A CRASH INVOLVING A CAR AND A TRAIN OVERNIGHT. AND THAT TRAIN HAS BEEN MOVED NOW HERE IN THE LAST HOUR. SO IT IS OUT OF THE WAY FOR ANYONE DRIVING IN THAT AREA. YEAH, KOCO IS AUDREY GOODSON IS LIVE IN THAT AREA NOW. THIS IS NEAR NORTHWEST 1/22 AND SANTA FE. AUDREY. THAT’S A PRETTY BUSY INTERSECTION THERE. BUT HOW ARE THINGS LOOKING RIGHT NOW? IT IS A BUSY INTERSECTION, AND THERE ACTUALLY IS A TRAIN THAT’S COME THROUGH HERE RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT THE SAME TRAIN THAT WAS INVOLVED IN THE CRASH EARLIER. AS SOON AS THIS TRAIN GETS THROUGH HERE, THIS IS JUST A REGULAR TRAIN. THIS SCENE HAS BEEN CLEARED. CARS WILL BE ABLE TO GET THROUGH. SO THAT’S GOOD NEWS FOR ALL OF YOU THAT ARE ON YOUR MORNING COMMUTE HERE IN THE METRO. HERE’S WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE CRASH. EARLIER, A DRIVER WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE TRAIN, AND AT THIS POINT, IT’S UNCLEAR IF THE DRIVER CRASHED INTO THE TRAIN OR IF THE TRAIN CRASHED INTO THE DRIVER. NOW OUR PHOTOGRAPHER ON SCENE GETTING VIDEO OF THAT CRASH. WE KNOW THAT ONE PERSON WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND WE CAN TELL YOU THANKFULLY THERE ARE NO SERIOUS INJURIES THAT CAME OUT OF THIS. THIS DID IMPACT TRAFFIC FOR MANY OF YOU THAT CAME THROUGH THIS AREA EARLIER THIS MORNING. THIS IS A VERY BUSY AREA AND THAT WE’RE TRYING TO GET THROUGH THE RAILROAD CROSSINGS HERE AT NORTHWEST 122ND AND DOWN ON HEFNER. BUT OFFICERS HAVE HAVE NOT YET TOLD US WHO WAS AT FAULT OR WHAT MIGHT HAVE LED UP TO THIS ACCIDENT. SO WE WILL BE HERE ON SCENE TRYING TO GATHER MORE DETAILS FOR YOU THROUGHOUT THE MORNING.
