SHE SAYS WAS THE EMPLOYEE CHECKED HER SECURITY CAMERAS AND ACTUALLY SAW THIS MAN. DOES THAT MAN YOU SEE THERE ON ON ON YOUR SCREEN HOLDING THAT PUPPY UPSIDE DOWN. The Oklahoma City Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a man caught on camera stomping on a puppy, killing it.WARNING: The details of this story are disturbing.Police said Oklahoma City animal welfare officers responded to the 3700 block of South Missouri Avenue, which is near Southeast Grand Boulevard and Eastern Avenue, last week after a business owner found a dead puppy. Police said the discovery led to surveillance video from around 11:40 p.m. on March 27, showing the man carrying a puppy by its legs, placing it on the ground and stomping it to death. "This is a very dangerous individual," MSgt. Jennifer Wardlow said. "We want to identify the person.
