A cargo ship collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge early Tuesday, causing it to snap in a few places and plunge into the river below, sending people into the frigid water.Watch video of the bridge collapse in the player above.Two people were pulled from the Patapsco River, Baltimore City Fire Department Chief James Wallace said.
