KOCO 5 Meteorologist Jonathan Conder says counties in the Oklahoma Panhandle are under a winter weather advisory and could see 1-3 inches of snow.
While some storms could pop up in eastern Oklahoma, snow showers are expected in northwestern Oklahoma during the afternoon and early evening hours. Jonathan says the bulk of the accumulating snow will be scattered but earlier in the day.
The Panhandle west of Guymon could see 2-4 inches of snow, while just east of that area could get 1-2 inches. Jonathan says areas near Woodward and Alva could get less than 1 inch.
