New court documents allege an Oklahoma County business owner zip-tied an employee and held him hostage.
In July, Gregory Bryant, the 66-year-old owner of Bryant Plumbing, allegedly hit one of his employees across the head, strangled him and then zip-tied his hands and feet while questioning the employee about missing tools from the business, according to court documents. When the employee was able to break out of those zip ties, another employee, Timothy Haga, allegedly blocked the door.
Bryant then told the victim to put the zip ties back on before pointing a gun at him, threatening to kill him.

At some point, the victim was able to call 911. When he told the other employees he did this, they hung up the call, cut him loose and left the building.
Last week, Bryant was charged with kidnapping, assault, and battery. Hagan was also charged with kidnapping.
