THE COUNTRY MUSIC LEGEND TOBY KEITH HAD DIED TUESDAY NIGHT. THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA LAID OUT A SEAT WITH MEMORABILIA FOR TOBY. THINGS ARE DIFFERENT AT BEDLAM, WITH KEITH’S FAMILY IN ATTENDANCE. Oklahomans celebrated the life and legacy of a country music legend at the Bedlam basketball game in Norman on Saturday. That night, the University of Oklahoma laid out a seat with memorabilia for Keith. On Saturday, things were different at Bedlam without Keith's family in attendance. "They gave me a can, and they offered the red Solo cup. I said, 'Of course.' I mean, Toby Keith was a legend," said Sooner fan Logan Morel. He said drinking out of a red Solo cup at the game was the least he could do. “Even though I went to OSU, I loved 'Should've Been a Cowboy,'" Barrick said. "I love his patriotism."Fans said the country music singer meant so much to him. “I’m a music teacher, so Toby is one of those fans who has taught music, played music. He’s a local from Oklahoma, so that’s like who you know when you’re here," Schick said.
