NOW. KOCO’S KOLBY TERRELL TALKED WITH THEM ABOUT THE STRAIN THE PLUMBERS ARE GETTING TONS OF CALLS FOR PEOPLE WHO FORGOT TO DRIP THEIR FAUCETS IN SOME CASES, YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO THAW OUT. BUT IN CASES LIKE THIS WHERE THE PIPE BURSTS, THEY HAVE TO CUT IT OPEN AND FIND A FIX. WHEN THE TEMPERATURE DROPS OUR PHONES, THEY BASICALLY RING OFF THE HOOK, SUNTECH TELLS ME. WHEN PEOPLE FORGET TO DRIP THEIR FAUCETS, THEY HAVE A LOT OF BUSINESS THAT THEIR CREWS HAVE TO KEEP UP WITH. A LOT OF FROZEN BUSTED PIPES. UNFORTUNATELY, WE TRY TO MANAGE OUR OWN CUSTOMERS FIRST. PEOPLE WHO ARE MEMBERS AND THINGS LIKE THAT, BUT ANYONE THAT HAS AN EMERGENCY, WE’RE GOING TO DO OUR BEST TO GET OUT TO THEM. BUT THEY SAY SOMETIMES EVEN THE EXPERTS FORGET TO DRIP THE FAUCET. WE HAD SITUATION WHERE WATER ACTUALLY BURSTS UNDER HERE AND THE WATER SHOT UP THE WALL ALL THE WAY UP, ALMOST INTO THE ENTIRE UP TO THE ATTIC. SUNTECH TELLS ME THAT DAMAGE CAN COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX. PLUMBING, WALLS, AND EVEN CARPETS. THE FIRST THING WE WANT TO DO IS REMOVE THE MOISTURE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, AND EVEN A TINY CRACK LIKE THIS CAN MEAN BIG DAMAGE FOR YOUR HOUSE OR THEIR OFFICE. THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN IS NO ONE BE AROUND WHEN IT HAPPENS AND THE WATER RUNS CONTINUOUSLY FOR LONG PERIODS. IT CAN BE A REAL HASSLE CUTTING EVERYTHING OUT. THIS HAPPENS TO BE A PRETTY EASY CIRCUMSTANCE. IF YOU DO HAVE A PLUMBING COMPANY OUT AND YOU DO HAVE THIS ISSUE, THE BEST THING TO DO IS
