WEATHER ON THE FIVES. ALL RIGHT JONATHAN THANKS. WELL WE ARE FOLLOWING THAT BIG BREAKING NEWS THIS MORNING. A PERSON STABBED IN SOUTHWEST OKC. OUR KOCO CREWS ARRIVING ON THAT SCENE A LITTLE EARLIER THIS MORNING. CAMERON SIBERT JOINS US THERE LIVE NOW IN CAMERON. YOU SPOKE WITH POLICE. SO WHAT CAN YOU TELL US. WELL, GUYS, I CAN TELL YOU IT’S BEEN OVER AN HOUR NOW SINCE THAT 911 CALL CAME FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. SOMEONE TELLING POLICE THEIR NEIGHBOR HAD JUST BEEN STABBED. POLICE STILL AT THE SCENE INVESTIGATING AT THIS TIME BECAUSE THE SUSPECT IN THIS CASE WAS NEVER ARRESTED. THEY ARE STILL ON THE LOOSE THIS MORNING. WE’VE SEEN THEM USING SPOTLIGHTS, FLASHLIGHTS, LOOKING FOR CLUES. THIS MORNING. THIS IS AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX ON SOUTHWEST 29TH. POLICE TELL US. POLICE TELLING US THE VICTIM WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL BY EMSA. WE DON’T KNOW WHAT CONDITION THEY’RE IN. WE DID, HOWEVER, JUST TALK TO A WITNESS WHO WAS THERE WHEN THE STABBING TOOK PLACE. THEY SAY THEY SAW A MAN ON THE GROUND HAVING A HARD TIME BREATHING. WILL PLAY SOME OF THAT SOUND FOR YOU. NOW, FROM THAT WITNESS WAS HEARD JUST YELLING, YOU KNOW, LIKE OUT OF THE RANDOM. AND IT WAS LIKE IT WAS LIKE SOMEBODY YELLING DOWN THERE. SO I WAS LIKE, OKAY, LET ME GO SEE. SO THEN MY FRIEND OPENS THE DOOR, HE SEES THE YELLING, AND THEN THE GIRLS JUST OUT HERE LIKE, JUST I DON’T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, BUT SHE RAN OR SOMETHING. SO THAT WITNESS SAYING THAT A FEMALE SUSPECT MAY HAVE RUN FROM THE SCENE, HAVEN’T HAD CONFIRMATION FROM POLICE YET, BUT AGAIN, WE CAN CONFIRM ONE PERSON HAS BEEN STABBED HERE THIS MORNING AND A SUSPECT THIS MORNING IS STILL ON THE LOOSE. One person was taken to the hospital after a stabbing at a southwest Oklahoma City apartment complex early Thursday morning. >> Download the KOCO 5 App At around 5 a.m., a person called the Oklahoma City Police Department and said their neighbor had been stabbed. The person was transported by ambulance to a hospital, but their condition was unknown as of Thursday morning. This happened near Southwest 29th Street and Portland Avenue. "I heard just yelling. You know, it was random, and it was like somebody yelling down there, and I was like, 'OK, let me go see.' So then my friend opens the door. He sees the yelling, and then the girl's just out here. I don't know what she was doing, but she ran or something," said a man who witnessed the incident at the apartment complex. The suspect in the stabbing left the scene and was still outstanding. The investigation into what led up to the incident is still ongoing. One person was taken to the hospital after a stabbing at a southwest Oklahoma City apartment complex early Thursday morning.

At around 5 a.m., a person called the Oklahoma City Police Department and said their neighbor had been stabbed. The person was transported by ambulance to a hospital, but their condition was unknown as of Thursday morning.

This happened near Southwest 29th Street and Portland Avenue.

"I heard just yelling. You know, it was random, and it was like somebody yelling down there, and I was like, 'OK, let me go see.' So then my friend opens the door. He sees the yelling, and then the girl's just out here. I don't know what she was doing, but she ran or something," said a man who witnessed the incident at the apartment complex.

The suspect in the stabbing left the scene and was still outstanding. The investigation into what led up to the incident is still ongoing.
