The deputies got the driver to stop, and two men ran from the vehicle. Deputies ran after the suspects, but police said they got away. The driver was taken into custody, and authorities identified the two who ran away as Cherry and Victory. Hominy police said an Orange Alert was issued and that there was no active threat to the community or surrounding areas. The Hominy Police Department said Brandon Cherry and Aaron Victory II were apprehended by U.S. Marshals agents and McCurtain County deputies in McCurtain County.
