The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 4-year-old boy is dead after he was hit by a flatbed trailer in Bryan County. Around 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, officials responded to a scene on a property in Bokchito where a trailer was traveling through a pasture from a shop building to another location.
