OHP SAYS THE BOY WAS SITTING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF A FLATBED TRAILER RIDING THROUGH A FIELD. THEY SAY THE 51 YEAR OLD DRIVER MADE A TURN WHEN THE BOY FELL OFF THE TRAILER AND WAS STRUCK BY A TIRE. THEY SAY HE DIED ON SCENE.
