In court documents obtained by KOCO 5, a woman called Oklahoma City police in May, saying she had been raped after a procedure. She said the incident had occurred at the Integris Hospital on North Portland Avenue.
According to court documents, the woman told officers she didn't believe the suspect in the incident was her doctor or surgery team but believed the incident occurred after her surgery while in a post-op room by an unknown suspect.
KOCO 5 reached out to the hospital for a statement, and they said, "Patient safety is always at the center of everything we do. It is our top priority. Anything having to do with patient safety is viewed as a very serious matter, and appropriate actions are taken. However, we cannot comment on ongoing litigation, but we can say that we have fully cooperated with any relevant police investigation and have not been made aware of any criminal conduct."
