THAT’S STARTING TO GET SLIGHTLY BETTER. BUT FROM THE ON RAMP, WESTERN AVENUE IS CLOSED AND WESTBOUND I-40 FOR NARROWED TO ONE LANE BETWEEN WESTERN AND NORTHWEST EXPRESSWAY. BUT IT’S NOT CLEAR JUST HOW THIS HAPPENED. WE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR
