A person died and another was injured after a semi-trailer rolled over Thursday morning on Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol says.

The crash happened around 5:25 a.m. near Anderson Road. Sky 5 showed that the semi-trailer rolled over, blocking the eastbound lanes.
Westbound I-40 was narrowed to one lane as crews worked to clear the scene, but those lanes have since reopened.
Sky 5 Pilot Chase Rutledge says eastbound I-40 was backed up for a couple of miles. As of 9:25 a.m., traffic is slowly moving in the eastbound lanes.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials told KOCO 5 that the semi-trailer driver drifted onto the shoulder and overcorrected, causing the vehicle to roll over. Two people were in the semi-trailer at the time of the crash.
An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report states that the driver was partially ejected through the passenger-side window when the semi-trailer rolled, and the vehicle came to a rest on top of him.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was taken to a hospital in good condition, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol report states.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified the driver Sonu Nehra, 26, of Fresno, California.
