Rader lived in Park City for many years.Rader murdered 10 people between 1974 and 1991, often sending letters to local police and media outlets in Wichita, Kansas, detailing his crimes.Osage County authorities told ABC affiliate KAKE they received a tip about the 1976 disappearance of Cynthia Kinney. KOCO's Tulsa partner reported the sheriff interviewed Rader back in February, searching for new leads. Kinney was last seen on June 23, 1976, in Pawhuska. On Tuesday, Osage County authorities were on a property in Park City that was once owned by Dennis Rader, who referred to himself as BTK — for bind, torture, kill. Rader lived in Park City for many years.

Rader murdered 10 people between 1974 and 1991, often sending letters to local police and media outlets in Wichita, Kansas, detailing his crimes.
