Something I'm always asked about is shoe storage. So today I'm gonna give you *** few tips, which will hopefully help you out if you're lucky enough to be choosing *** wardrobe or maybe having one made. Now, please do not forget about shoes. This is the section that I had made for my shoes. You can see it's *** whole single doors worth and I'm not even someone who is obsessed with shoes, all of the shelves are flat and all of them are adjustable because in the winter, winter boots take up *** lot more space than flatter shoes that you may wear more of in the summer. So I can adjust the shelves and I always have *** spare one right at the bottom in case I need to add another one in as well. That is my top tip. The next thing about these shelves, if you are having them made to measure wardrobes made to measure, then make sure you measure your own shoes. I've been in many wardrobes where there isn't enough room, there's maybe three on *** shelf and it just doesn't work out quite right. So think efficiency when it comes to your space. If the space you've got to store your shoes is at the bottom of your wardrobe, it might be worth having *** look to see if you can slightly raise one of your rails if you can. It often means you can see the shoes below so much more easily. Again, if the shoes are at the bottom of your wardrobe, try putting the ones to the back that aren't in season and pull the ones forward that you are currently wearing to save space in the area that you're using currently day to day. How about removing any shoes that are perhaps too fancy or only used occasionally or again, those seasonal shoes that you're not wearing right now, like perhaps flip flops and put them up high in *** space that you don't need to get to every day. But you still know exactly where they are under bed drawers can be *** fantastic solution for shoe storage. I would think about number one though, getting one with casters on the bottom so you can pull them out easily. And number two, try and get one with *** cover on the top so that your shoes don't get all dusty. If you really don't have enough space for all of your shoes in your bedroom, then perhaps the answer is to do what *** lot of people do with their clothes and remove anything that is seasonal store. Those shoes neatly in boxes with *** little label on the side and try and put them elsewhere. Perhaps *** shed or *** garage or *** loft anywhere you can think of. And then when that season comes back round, you can pull them out and do another swap. If you have got *** little bit of room at the end of your bed, then perhaps *** low down storage unit like an ottoman or *** chest may be useful for storing your shoes. It's not necessarily ideal though because it means the shoes will all be packed on top of each other. And if you don't see them, then very often you forget about them. Watch out for gimmicky storage. I have to say because although some items may look like they are gonna help you out. *** lot of shoe storage can be aimed at one size or one style of shoes and that's what it works best with.
