A worker died after he got trapped in a hole when a trench collapsed on him Monday in Holdenville.| ORIGINAL STORY | Worker stuck in hole after trench collapses in Hughes CountyAround 3:45 p.m. Monday, Hughes County Central Dispatch 911 received a report that a trench collapsed near Vorhees Street and Third Penn West. Police said in a news release that a local contractor was replacing a compromised sewer line at a home when the trench collapsed, trapping a worker inside.Emergency crews and agencies responded and worked to rescue the man.
